• Basic 50/50- after the deductible of your choice, your insurance pays 50% of the next $5000 and 100% thereafter. This is an excellent, low premium value.
• Standard 80/20- After meeting the deductible, your insurance pays 80% of the next $5,000 and 100% thereafter. This is an affordable plan with limited out-of-pocket expenses and the most popular plan with our customers.
• Premier 100%- After meeting your chosen deductible, your insurance pays 100%. This plan is best for those that desire full coverage with no coinsurance.

Unlike many HMO and PPO plans, you may go to any doctor with these plans. You can also opt for PPO covergae which general results in lower premiums. Doctor visits and prescriptions are separate benefits and do not apply to the deductible. The copay for any doctor visit is just $25 and prescriptions are $10 copay for generics and $20 copay for name brands. At this time, Maternity, Vision and Dental are available with these plans. At an added cost we also offer a Kids Health plan, Medicare Supplement and Short-Term policy.
